- To print my designs for your own scrapbooking projects
- To make one (1) copy of my designs including all proprietary notices as TOU files, for your own back-up purposes

- To use my designs/images for making Tags and MySpace Layouts only as long as proper credit is given to "ScrapsByHeatherJorge@gmail.com"

You do not have the right:

- To share, loan, rent, resell or distribute these graphics.
- To use the product for commercial purposes.
- To make copies of the graphics, other than for back-up purposes.
- To copy by electronic means, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the Product for the purpose of resale or distribution.
- To claim Heather Jorge's graphics as your own.
- To alter them in any way and call them your own.
- To make Heather Jorge's graphics into tubes or brushes to redistribute in any form.
- To offer my graphics for download on any webpage or send them through any list such as a news group, yahoo group, ftp site or include them in any kind of graphics collection.
- To make Digitalized Embroidery designs to resell.
- To make Rubber Stamps

- To make Scrapbook Kits or create Scrapbook Pages with Heather Jorge's graphics and sell them as a printable.
- To distribute my designs in any way, as re-selling, sharing, loaning etc.

- To use my designs for any harmful, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, immoral or racial material or anything that may be harmful or offensive to another person
